“Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.”
― H. Jackson Brown Jr.
Let’s now move on to the main goal of this article:
Strategy #1 : Take advantage of Parkinson’s law
It is very important to know Parkinson’s law for the best use of your time.It is,
“Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion.”
This means that the amount of work we have, our time also expands or shrinks accordingly. That is, if we plan to do more work in less time, then the time will spread and all those works will be completed in the same period. On the other hand, if we do less in the same amount of time plan to work, time will shrink and in the same period, we will be able to do less work. Thus, the person who sets big goals becomes successful in making the best use of his limited time, whereas the person who sets small goals makes only limited use of his time.
“The bad news is that time flies the good news is that you are its pilot.” — Michael Altshuler
Strategy #2 : Do the most important thing first
Often our routine is such that we start doing whatever work comes in front of us and because of this, all our time goes in handling small tasks. Our important works are not done only because we keep busy in unimportant things. Ambitious person to be cautious, because in order to be successful, it is necessary that important things are done first. Always remember that success doesn’t come from unimportant things, but from important tasks, so keep your priorities clear and don’t waste your time on unimportant things.Hence the second principle of best use of time
* Do the most important things first.
“The foolish person who does the work in his end, the wise man does that work immediately, both do the same work, the only difference is in time.” — Baltasar Gracián
Strategy #3 : Learn to buy time
You must have heard that time cannot be bought, but believe me you can buy time.If you try to save money instead of time, it means that you do not give much importance to your time. On the other hand, those who consider time more important, they try their best to save time; in a way, they buy time. That’s what the owners of companies do.Just imagine, no owner of the company produces the product, does not distribute it, does not manage it, does not sell it, but the profit belongs to him.He does the work he wants by giving salary to the employees. In other words, the owner of the company buys the time of others.
If you want to save time then you should also follow this strategy:

Strategy #4 :Use the power of your subconscious mind
Has it ever happened that even after thinking a lot, you could not remember the answer to any question, but in the morning you got the answer automatically, without thinking everything went right? It’s because of your subconscious mind. When both you and your conscious mind were sleeping, your subconscious mind worked on that problem and in the morning he presented the answer before you.
“The problems which are difficult for your conscious mind, can easily be solved by subconscious mind, So take advantage of the power of the subconscious mind and plan the next day one night in advance. This mind will suggest you such new ways by which you will be able to find ways to do more work in less time. The next day you automatically understand the correct sequence and you yourself start working according to the agenda.Maybe you can figure out a new way of working.”
Strategy #5 : Make a Timetable
Just as it is necessary to make a budget to stop the wastage of money, in the same way it is necessary to make a timetable to stop the wastage of time. That’s why the tenth principle of best use of time is: Make a time table. Your timetable can be of two types: full timetable and short timetable.
Complete Timetable: In full timetable, you plan for full 24 hours, whereas in short timetable you plan only for limited time.
Short Timetable: In short timetable, you do not plan the whole day, you only plan your work or business hours.
A concise or short timetable is easy to create and follow and is good for beginners. It brings success in the business target area. Keep in mind that short timetable gives you success in only one direction, whereas full timetable gives success in every aspect of life as it is balanced and complete.
